Judge orders timely release of FDA's vax data

INSTEAD OF FDA’S REQUESTED 500 PAGES PER MONTH, COURT ORDERS FDA TO PRODUCE PFIZER COVID-19 DATA AT RATE OF 55,000 PAGES PER MONTH! |  Substack - Aaron Siri, Injecting Freedom:

January 6, 2021 - "On behalf of a client, my firm requested that the FDA produce all the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine. The FDA asked the Court for permission to only be required to produce at a rate of 500 pages per month, which would have taken over 75 years to produce all the documents.

"I am pleased to report that a federal judge soundly rejected the FDA’s request and ordered the FDA to produce all the data at a clip of 55,000 pages per month! [lowering the time needed for full release of all documents to under 9 months - gd]

"This is a great win for transparency and removes one of the strangleholds federal 'health' authorities have had on the data needed for independent scientists to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program – issues which include waning immunity, variants evading vaccine immunity, and, as the CDC has confirmed, that the vaccines do not prevent transmission.

"No person should ever be coerced to engage in an unwanted medical procedure.  And while it is bad enough the government violated this basic liberty right by mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, the government also wanted to hide the data by waiting to fully produce what it relied upon to license this product until almost every American alive today is dead.  That form of governance is destructive to liberty and antithetical to the openness required in a democratic society.

"In ordering the release of the documents in a timely manner, the Judge recognized that the release of this data is of paramount public importance and should be one of the FDA’s highest priorities.  He then aptly quoted James Madison as saying a 'popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy' and John F. Kennedy as explaining that a 'nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”

"The following is the full text of the Judge’s order ..."

Did FBI have role in Capitol riot? AG won't say

RAY EPPS: Mystery Man from Queen Creek and the January 6th Capitol Riot | Liberty First

January 5, 2022 - "The January 6th Capitol riot is a blot on the Republican Party and former President Donald J. Trump. What started as a legitimate protest turned ugly. How that happened and why incursions into the Capital began even before Trump had finished speaking, remain a mystery. But ... [t]he Congressional hearings are sadly being conducted more like [a] Soviet show trial, with the guilt of those already determined.... Thus, this proceeding is unlikely to find the truth about who was leading the crowd to break the law.  It is doubtful they are even looking....

"That is where our mystery man from Queen Creek comes into play. Ray Epps is seen in multiple videos firing up the crowd and urging them to enter the Capitol.  These facts cannot be disputed. But so far, he has escaped prosecution.  He has not been mentioned by the [U.S.] mainstream media....

"No news organization to date has done more work on the subject than Revolver News.  They ran a long article (Part I) on the role of Mr. Epps in October and elements of that first article were featured in the Tucker Carlson three-part series on Fox Nation.  Now they have come out with Part II.  The role of Ray Epps may prove critical.... If Epps turns out to have been some kind of government operative, which at present is the only clean and simple explanation for his immunity, it is game over for the official 'MAGA insurrection' narrative of 1/6. Epps was the day’s loudest riot recruiter and its apparent leader of the very first breach of Capitol grounds....

"We urge readers to click the links provided and read both Part I and Part II. Revolver News is to be commended for both their curiosity and their diligence.  Still, we would like to see a more complete investigation into the origins and coordination of the 'insurrection'. If our own government was heavily involved in this, we not only need to know as citizens, history needs to know."

EXCLUSIVE: Pictured on his tranquil Arizona ranch and wedding venue, the ex-Marine accused of being an 'FBI plant sent to help incite January 6 Capitol riot' refuses to answer to right-wing conspiracy theory | Daily Mail - Greg Woodfield:

December 28, 2021 - "Epps, 60, [is] the former president of the largest chapter of far-right anti-government militia group the Oath Keepers and was seen in video urging supporters to 'go into the Capitol' on the day of the deadly insurrection. He was also spotted in footage at the first barrier to fall to rioters as it was breached at 12:50pm. And he was named Suspect 16 when the FBI published images in its Capitol Violence Most Wanted list of people to identify two days after the insurrection....

Courtesy Revolver News

"However, ... some right-wing quarters [are] speculating ... that he was sent out to help incite the riot on behalf of the federal government. Some ... hypothesize that the motive was to frame Trump supporters as domestic terrorists. There is no evidence that Epps, who was a sergeant in the military, ever entered the building himself on that fateful day and he was never arrested in connection with the storming.

"DailyMail.com located the veteran at his Rocking R Farms wedding and hospitality business.... When we arrived at the property in Queen Creek, 30 miles southeast of downtown Phoenix, to give him an opportunity to confront the extreme speculation, he bluntly refused to discuss it. He told us: 'Get off my property'. As we endeavored to further explain, he repeated: 'Get off my property'....

"Epps – who was quickly identified from the January wanted list - was highlighted again in October's House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing of the Department of Justice, when the FBI theory went mainstream. U.S Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) showed video clips of Epps repeatedly encouraging protestors on the streets of DC to 'go into' the Capitol. Massie linked Epps to his question asking Attorney General Merrick Garland if the government sent agents or assets to 'agitate' protestors into entering the building. Garland said the Justice Department does not comment on pending investigations. [01.47 on video]

"In the first video played to the committee, Epps is seen in the street on January 5 saying: 'In fact tomorrow, I don't even want to say it because I will probably be arrested. Tomorrow we need to go into the Capitol.' [00.37] On the same day, he is recorded saying: 'I'm going to put it out there. I'm probably going to go to jail for it, OK? Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol. Into the Capitol…peacefully.' At that point some in the crowd clearly believe he is a plant and begin to chant: 'Fed! Fed! Fed!' [00.42]

"The following day, Epps can be seen in another clip dressed in military-style clothing and yelling to a crowd: 'OK folks, spread the word. As soon as the president is done speaking, we go to the Capitol, where our problems are.' Pointing behind him, he adds: 'It's that direction. Please spread the word.' [01.03] Shortly afterwards he is seen approaching police barricades holding back chanting protestors. He put his hands on the shoulders of a man in a red MAGA hat and then cups his hands to speak in the man's ear. [00.18] Moments later the man and protestors suddenly topple the barriers and some fight with police. The man in the hat, later identified as Ryan Samsel, is being held in custody on charges of unlawfully entering the Capitol and assaulting a law enforcement officer....

"The most dramatic interpretation of the FBI-plant accusation has so far come from right-leaning blog Revolver. The site is run by former Trump speechwriter Darren Beattie, who was fired after appearing on a panel with a white nationalist. It claims the fact Epps was never arrested and that his details were removed from the FBI wanted list in July without any action against him ... brands him a 'Fed-protected provocateur'.... At one point the blog ... says: 'Ray Epps appears to have worked alongside several individuals – many of them suspiciously unindicted – to carry out a breach of the police barricades that induced a subsequent flood of unsuspecting MAGA protestors to unwittingly trespass on Capitol restricted grounds and place themselves in legal jeopardy.' However the blog offers no direct evidence to back up any allegation that Epps was acting on behalf of the FBI or any other government agency."

Thousands defy Amsterdam lockdown protest ban

With riot police on strike, Amsterdam bans upcoming Covid lockdown protest | NL Times - ANP/NL Times:

December 31, 2021 - "The city of Amsterdam, along with the local divisions of the police and Public Prosecution Service, announced it will ban a protest against the country’s coronavirus measures that was set to happen on Sunday. The demonstration was organized by Samen voor Nederland, or Together for the Netherlands in English, and was to take place at Museumplein. Earlier, the organization said it expected 25,000 demonstrators, [and] intend[ed] to march through the city....

"Despite the lockdown, the city and local authorities were willing to allow the demonstration on the conditions that a maximum of 3,500 people [would] demonstrate, that no march takes place, and the event is of a limited duration.... The organization refused to cooperate by guaranteeing a safe and orderly demonstration, the city said.... The city also said that the police have strong indications that individuals and groups intend to disrupt public order on Sunday, and are prepared to use violence ... something which happened at a demonstration against coronavirus rules in November in Rotterdam. That incident erupted in violence, with offenders throwing rocks and fireworks at police, and police officers firing their service weapons at rioters....

"The ban on the demonstration comes a day after the police unions announced that the riot police will stop working during the demonstration in Amsterdam on Sunday. The intended labor action is part of the Wake-Up Call 2022 series of strikes by police union members to draw attention to police capacity problems."

Anti-lockdown protester mauled by dog in clash with riot police in Amsterdam | Metro - Gergana Krasteva:

January 3, 2022 - "Thousands of people defied a ban on large gatherings as they took to the streets of the Dutch capital on Sunday.... Clashes erupted after the city’s mayor Femke Halsema issued an emergency ordinance empowering the force to clear the central Museum Square. Shocking pictures and videos show police dogs [biting] protestors, sticking their sharp teeth in their limbs and dragging them on the asphalt. Officers also slammed their batons and shields against the sea of bodies, and used water canons to disperse people....

"The Netherlands went into a sudden lockdown on December 19 to prevent a fresh wave of Omicron cases overwhelming its healthcare system. Schools, non-essential shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, museums and theatres were all closed, with plans not to reopen until at least mid-January.

"In a sign of opposition against the government, anti-lockdown protestors ... ignored the order not to hold a march and walked along the main square. Most of them did not wear masks or abide by social distancing rules while they yelled, played music and held yellow umbrellas."

Pfizer vax efficacy vs. Omicron drops below zero, new studies show

As Three More Studies Show Negative Vaccine Effectiveness, When Will Health Authorities Face Up to What the Data is Telling Us? | Daily Sceptic - Will Jones:

December 28, 2021 - "The last two weeks have brought three new studies finding negative efficacy for two vaccine doses, meaning the vaccinated are more likely to be infected than the unvaccinated. These are study findings, not raw data, so have been adjusted for various biases and confounders, making it harder to dismiss them as anomalous or skewed.

"The first is a pre-print study from Denmark, published on December 23rd, which looked at nearly all PCR-positive SARS-CoV-2 infections in Denmark from November 20th to December 12th and investigated them to see if they were likely to be the Omicron variant. By comparing the vaccination status of those infected, the researchers found a vaccine effectiveness against the Omicron variant of minus-76.5% for Pfizer and minus-39.3% for Moderna three months after double vaccination (see chart above), meaning the double-vaccinated were considerably more likely to be infected than the unvaccinated. They found the vaccine effectiveness against Omicron was significantly lower than against Delta, with Pfizer vaccine effectiveness at 53.8% and Moderna at 65% against Delta after three months. They reported that a third dose of Pfizer got vaccine effectiveness against Omicron back up to 54.6%, at least for a month. The full results are in the table below.

Hansen et al.

"The latest vaccine effectiveness study from the UKHSA confirms these results. Against Omicron, the UKHSA reports zero or negative vaccine effectiveness from a double-dose of all three vaccines (AstraZeneca, Pfizer and Moderna) after five months. The third dose takes it up again, but only into the 40-60% range, and dropping fast.

Pfizer

"A new study in Eurosurveillance from Norway also backs up the observation of negative vaccine effectiveness against Omicron, with a higher proportion of those who tested positive in the particular outbreak in the study being double-vaccinated than those who did not test positive (98% versus 93%)....

"With Omicron, the reports of negative efficacy are becoming impossible to ignore, with even the UKHSA publishing graphs showing it after three months on two doses. At some point, health authorities are going to need to grapple with what the data is showing on this and stop pretending it isn’t there."

UK poll finds majority against another lockdown

Poll finds public do not want another lockdown | Order Order - Guido Fawkes:

December 17, 2020: Guido can’t remember the last time a poll on Covid saw the public really reject any proposed restrictions on civil liberties, however a new [poll] in today’s Times demonstrates just that.

"According to a poll of 1,714 people between the 14th and 15th, the arrival in Omicron saw very little movement on the public’s opposition to:

  • Shutting pubs and restaurants: 60% opposition
  • Shutting non-essential shops: 65% opposition
  • Banning indoor meetings with people from other households: 62%
  • Banning indoor meeting people from other households on Christmas Day: 68%
  • Pubs, bars and restaurants not being allowed to open on New Year’s Eve: 53%

"According to YouGov’s polling, the government has already maxed out its support for anti-Covid measures – facemasks and passports – while leaving very little room for further restrictions if, as predicted, a wave of Omicron sweeps the land."

Smaller majority wants a new lockdown in Canada

Majority (56%) of Canadians Support Another Lockdown to Stop the Spread of Omicron | Ipsos Reid:

December 17, 2021 – "With the Omicron variant of COVID-19 spreading quickly and stoking worries of a sharp rise in case counts and hospitalizations, a new Ipsos poll conducted on behalf of Global News reveals that a majority (56%) of Canadians agree (20% strongly / 36% somewhat) that we should have another lockdown to help stop the spread of the Omicron variant. Conversely, 44% oppose (18% strongly / 26% somewhat) another round of lockdowns. Support is highest in Quebec (62%), British Columbia (61%), Atlantic Canada (60%) and Saskatchewan and Manitoba (59%) and lower in Ontario (53%) and, especially, Alberta (44%).

"Although a majority still support lockdown measures, support is dropping. [In July 2020, a Nanos poll found 73% favoring another lockdown (50% strongly / 23% somewhat), with 25% opposed (13% strongly / 12% somewhat) - gd] In July of 2021, 69% said they would support more lockdown measures if a fourth wave of the pandemic arose, which dropped to 63% in September, and is now just 56% now that the Omicron wave is upon us.

"Canadians believe that Omicron will further delay to the return to normal, particularly when it comes to the ability to travel:

  • Eight in ten (82%) agree (35% strongly / 47% somewhat) that the Omicron variant will delay things getting back to normal
  • Eight in ten (80%) agree (47% strongly / 33% somewhat) that they would cancel their travel plans if COVID-19 gets any worse.
  • Nearly four in ten (37%) however take a more stubborn approach to travel, agreeing (11% strongly / 25% somewhat) that they will travel next year, regardless of fluctuating coronavirus cases.

"Reflecting on the performance of key figures over the past year in their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, the poll reveals that some public health officials have outperformed their political masters in the eyes of Canadians.... Compared to May of 2021, the Prime Minister’s COVID-specific approval rating is down by 5 points to 49%, while collectively the premiers’ approval rating is down just 2 points. The Premier of Quebec (75%, -1) receives the highest approval ratings among his first minister colleagues, followed by the Premiers of British Columbia (63%, -13), Atlantic Canada (61%, -7), Ontario (52%, +2), Saskatchewan and Manitoba (37%, -7) and Alberta (33%, +2).

"These are some of the findings of an Ipsos poll conducted between December 10 and 15, 2021, on behalf of Global News.... In this case, the poll is accurate to within ± 3.5 percentage points, 19 times out of 20, had all Canadians aged 18+ been polled."
