NY LP state senate candidate cut from ballot

Gia Arnold loses minor party line in senate race - Niagara Gazette: Local News:

"Arnold, 24, who gained headlines after announcing an extramarital affair in August, announced she was off of the ballot on Wednesday. It wasn’t official until Friday said Thomas Connolly, deputy director of public information for the state board of elections, when signatures on her petition to be on the Libertarian line in the election were invalidated by elections board officials.
