March 13, 2012 - "While the other GOP candidates focused on the Alabama and Mississippi primaries, Paul used his resources in Hawaii, keeping with his strategy of focusing on caucus states. Seventeen of the 20 Hawaii delegates are up for grabs in caucuses tonight.
"The libertarian Republican from Lake Jackson did not visit the islands himself, but instead sent his son Ronnie as a surrogate. The Paul campaign also aired a 30-second television advertisement over the weekend, highlighting his “Plan to Restore America.” The positive ad makes no reference to any other candidate, but instead touts Paul as the 'visionary who predicted the financial crisis' and the 'leader with a plan to solve it.'"
